🔄 Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging with all tags intact

  • Free from any damage, stains, or alterations

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Accessories and fragrances (due to hygiene reasons)

🔁 Exchange Policy

If you receive an item in the wrong size, color, or a damaged condition, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the desired replacement item is unavailable, you may request a refund or store credit.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are only issued for defective, incorrect, or unavailable items.

Please note:

  • A 20% deduction will be applied to your refund amount to cover government-imposed taxes (18%) and delivery, logistics, and handling costs.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
