We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. At Nova Bliss, we want to ensure a smooth and hassle-free returns & refunds experience for our valued customers.

Return Policy

You can initiate a return for most items within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Note : Sales items are not refundable.

Refund Process

1. Submit a return request through your Nova Bliss account or by contacting our customer service team.
2. Once your request is approved, you'll receive instructions for returning the item(s).
3. Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return policy criteria.
4. If approved, you will receive a full refund for the returned item(s) within 5-7 business days (depending on your payment method).

Important Notes

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code may have different return policies. Please refer to the specific product details for any exceptions.
• We cannot accept returns for worn, washed, or damaged items.
